Request Process
To streamline the process, alumni can now complete a short Google Form rather than downloading and mailing a paper request. Requests are automatically directed to Mrs. Kathy Owens, who manages transcript fulfillment.

Processing Time
Please allow a week for transcript requests to be processed. During peak times (e.g., college application season), processing may take slightly longer.
Fees
There is no fee for alumni transcript requests. We value our graduates and want to make it easy to stay connected with BG.
